At Silent Renovations, we are committed to delivering high-quality fence, deck, demolition, and painting services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

1-Year Workmanship Warranty

All services performed by Silent Renovations are backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion. If any issue arises due to our workmanship within 12 months of completing your project, we will return to fix it at no additional cost to you. This warranty covers defects in labor and installation for fence, deck, demolition, and painting services.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, weather events, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will review your concern and, where applicable, return to address any issues at no additional charge.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits paid to secure a project booking are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before work starts, deposit refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on materials already purchased or work already scheduled.

Materials & Supplies

Any materials or supplies purchased specifically for your project (lumber, paint, fencing materials, etc.) are non-refundable once ordered or installed.

Project Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the quoted project value.
