Hello, I'm Miguel Acha, founder and CEO of Silent Renovations. The story behind this company is personal, shaped by my own journey as a Deaf individual. I've experienced the barriers firsthand—and I know how frustrating it can be for Deaf workers to find employment, even when they have the skills, drive, and craftsmanship to excel.

Too often, talented Deaf tradespeople are overlooked simply because of differences in communication. I started Silent Renovations to change that. My goal is to hire Deaf workers, give them real opportunities, and build a company where their skills are valued — not held back.
