About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Deaf Sheet Metal professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with sheet metal, effectively communicating using sign language, and perform a variety of tasks related to metal fabrication, installation, and repair. Duties include reading and interpreting blueprints, cutting, shaping, and assembling sheet metal, and ensuring the quality and integrity of metalwork. The successful candidate should be proficient in sign language, have a strong background in sheet metal work, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients through sign language. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Requirements
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other applicable sign language.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills using sign language to interact with colleagues and clients.
