At Silent Renovations, we're more than just a renovation and fence installation company — we're a team working toward a bigger vision: creating a trades industry where Deaf and hard of hearing professionals are fully included, respected, and empowered.

Based in Canada, our company proudly employs Deaf tradespeople who bring precision, dedication, and talent to every job. Whether it's building fences, renovating homes, or tackling large-scale projects, our Deaf team members are the heart of what we do. But while their skills are strong, they still face barriers in communication and accessibility that shouldn't exist.

As a growing small business, we need your support to fund the tools, training, and resources that will help us create a safe, inclusive, and empowering workplace for our Deaf staff.

Why We’re Raising Funds

As we grow, we want to ensure no one gets left behind. We’re launching this GoFundMe to raise $25,000 CAD to directly invest in tools and programs that will:

✅ ASL interpreters for training, meetings, and job sites
✅ Visual safety systems like vibrating alarms and flashing signals
✅ Accessible communication tools (video, text-based systems)
✅ Deaf culture and awareness training for hearing staff
✅ Workshops and skill-building programs for Deaf tradespeople
✅ Leadership development for Deaf team members
